If you cancel a single‑day tour 42 days or more before your tour date, Caledonia Private Travel will refund the full tour cost minus a £50 administration fee. For multi‑day tours, please refer to our full Terms & Conditions.

For single‑day tours, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date. For multi‑day tours, a 30% non‑refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance due 42 days before your first day of travel
